Red brick is an artificial stone made of clay, with or without additional materials in a state of fluffier created with machine that is printed, dried, and burned.

The size red of brick is not always similar in one region to another.

The general guidelines in manufacturing red bricks red is as follows:

-   Length 200mm red brick           = 2X brick width + siar thick

-   Width 100mm red brick             = 2X brick width + siar thick

-   Thickness 50 mm red brick

-   Siar thickness 0.8 up to 1.5 cm

In Tegal region, the brick sizes are:

-   Length = 2X width of 230 mm brick + siar thickness

-  120 mm Width = 2X width + 50 mm siar thickness.

Analysis of processed brick
(in an land area of 10.000 m2)

If a 10.000 m2 land is dug as deep as 3 meters:

= 10.000 m2 X 3 meters = 30.000 m3

If 1 m3 of land is made into 1000 bricks.  So the number of bricks produced = 30.000.000 bricks.

Current brick price in Tegal region / west java:

= 23 cm X 12 cm X 5 cm size = Rp 540/piece

Total number of bricks that will be produced:

= 30.000.000 pieces X Rp 540 = Rp. 16.200.000.000

Capital = To purchase land, business licenses, purchase machinery, manufacturing beds, equipment, 4 units of carts 4, a technician for the installation of machinery, etc. = Rp 900.000.000 up to 1.000.000.000  rupiahs.
